Conference Support

For those of you participating virtually, you will connect with the in-person presenters and attendees via Zoom accessed through links on this site. You do not need to know meeting IDs or passcode; simply click on the ‘Join’ links or buttons and you’ll be taken directly to the Zoom meeting if it’s in progress.

While you can participate in Zoom meetings from your browser, we recommend that – if you don’t already have it – you download the Zoom app for your computer or device by going to Zoom.us and clicking on the orange ‘Sign up, it’s free’ button at the top of the page.

You can enjoy the conference from your mobile device, however for the best user experience, we recommend using a computer. Because this event is internet-based, a good internet connection is essential. If you find that the Zoom meeting appears “choppy” or freezes, the issue may be related to your connection. Try connecting to a different network, moving closer to your modem/router, or maybe even try connecting with a different device.

If you are having difficulty connecting from your school network, it’s possible that Zoom is blocked at your school or site. Check with your school’s IT or technology person to see if they will allow the connection.
